Pros and Cons
Processes are the basis for a secure solution. This allows to lay the foundation for the success of a project through a well though-out approach. As specialists, this enables us to point out problems and issues at an early stage before they can take root within a company.
Reference Example
Logical Flow Analysis Banking System: A Swiss financial institution had completely revised its banking system. We performed a logical flow analysis of the organizational and technical processes in order to discover potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses. We developed and employed a transition analysis, which was designed to avoid hidden transactions and discover problems with escalation mechanisms.
