Terms and Conditions

Billing will occur after the DRAFT report has been delivered. All invoices are due in full within 30 days. Changes to the scope of the project, as well as adjustments to the final project are to be documented and approved in written form.

Cancellation Policy: Postponing or cancelling the project on short notice will generate the following amounts in penalties owed: Within five days before the agreed upon project date: 50% of the total project value. 5-10 days before the agreed upon test date: 2’000 CHF flat fee.
