Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in BEA Admin Console 8.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary web script or HTML via the server parameter to a JndiFramesetAction action.
The bug was discovered 04/13/2005. The weakness was released 04/25/2005 by Alexander Kornbrust with Red-Database-Security GmbH (Website). The advisory is shared at red-database-security.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2005-1380 since 05/02/2005. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. Technical details are unknown but an exploit is available. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1059.007 for this issue.
